By visiting or using the Meaningful Melodies website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Custom Work, Payment & Satisfaction Policy
All Meaningful Melodies songs and videos are custom-created specifically for each client based on the information provided at the time of ordering.
Payment & Refunds
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- Because all work is personalized and cannot be resold, all sales are final once production has started.
- We do not offer refunds for completed or in-progress custom work.
What We Guarantee
We promise to:
- Treat your story and details with care and respect
- Create a finished song and/or video that reflects your original request
- Deliver professional, thoughtful creative work aligned with the information you provide
Review & Revisions
Each project includes [1–2] reasonable revisions after the initial delivery.
Revisions may include:
- Adjustments to lyrics or wording
- Tone or emotional emphasis
- Minor pacing or creative refinements
Revisions must remain consistent with the original creative brief.
Revisions Do Not Include
- Changing the recipient, occasion, or core story
- Switching musical genre or creative direction not originally requested
- Replacing or rewriting the project from scratch
Requests outside the included revision scope may be offered as a paid add-on or treated as a new project.
Creative Subjectivity
Creative work is subjective. While we cannot guarantee personal taste or emotional reaction, we do guarantee good-faith effort and alignment with the original request.
Final delivery of files constitutes completion of the project.
Creative Rights & Ownership
All music, lyrics, and video content created by Meaningful Melodies are original creative works produced under human creative direction. Some projects may incorporate AI-assisted tools as part of the creative process.
Meaningful Melodies retains ownership of the finished work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted usage rights as outlined by their license.
Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated, custom songs and videos are provided with a Personal Use License, which allows clients to:
- Enjoy and share their commissioned content with friends and family
- Post content on personal social media accounts
- Use the content at personal events and gatherings
This license does not allow use for business, advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes.
Commercial Licensing
Use of music or video content for business, organizational, promotional, or corporate purposes requires a Commercial License.
Commercial licensing options are available upon request and may vary based on usage scope and duration. All commercial licenses cover original works produced under human creative direction, including AI-assisted refinement of music, lyrics, and visuals.
Public Sharing
Clients may share their commissioned song or video publicly for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Portfolio & Promotion
Meaningful Melodies will never share a client’s commissioned work publicly without permission. Clients may choose whether their project may be shared, anonymized, excerpted, or kept private.
Payments & Delivery
Project timelines, pricing, and delivery details will be communicated during the ordering process. All sales of custom work are considered final once production has begun, unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
Meaningful Melodies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of your state of residence.
